Blueprint Momentum: Empowering Partner Success

Judy Buchholz,

The adoption of the Pega GenAI Blueprint™ by clients and partners has been phenomenal. We are witnessing the true value of the Blueprint come to life, delivering:

  • Accelerated Application Design
  • Enhanced Collaboration
  • Rapid Prototyping
  • Streamlined Development
  • Industry Expertise from Pega and Our Partners

Pega GenAI Blueprint™ is truly helping our clients achieve their digital transformation goals more efficiently and effectively. For our partners success, it's crucial to explore how Pega Blueprint is evolving to add even more simplicity, value, and game-changing experiences.

Expanding Capabilities with Pega GenAI Blueprint™

Pega is continuously developing new functionalities and enhancements for the Blueprint. These updates make it easier for you and your teams to get started, collaborate, build enterprise applications, and bring these applications to life.

New features to get excited about:

  • New automation types: You can now build four new step types into your case lifecycles to capture more granular workflow requirements (Generative AI, RPA, Related cases, and Document generation).
  • Analyze BPMN diagrams to generate case life cycles: All enterprise IT organizations are held back by legacy tech which stifles agility & innovation.
    • Moving from legacy & manual workflows can take months or even years. The typical transformation project begins with weeks of discovery.
      • Level setting: understanding the current state
      • Research: understanding the best practices
      • Alignment: capturing the overall goals and opportunities of the project
  • Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) is often a source of knowledge for legacy or manual workflows. Well now, in Pega GenAI Blueprint you can leverage generative AI to analyze BPMN diagrams to jumpstart the design of end-to-end workflows in Pega. Going from documentation into executable Stages and Steps in just a couple clicks.

Recommended Actions for Partners:

  2. Check out Blueprint every week: Pega updates Blueprint on Wednesday evenings. The scope of functionality varies from enhancements to new capabilities. To get the most benefit, it is important to stay current on Blueprint. You can also sign up for the monthly Blueprint email newsletter near the bottom of the Blueprint page.
  3. Watch What’s New in Blueprint – August 2024 to see these capabilities and more in action! And for a full, running list of new Blueprint capabilities you can refer to the Blueprint release notes.

By leveraging these resources, you can take full advantage of the Pega GenAI Blueprint™ momentum and drive even greater success for our clients.

Keep Blueprinting!
